No. Your request holds the time while we review it. Wait for approval before heading to the workshop.
What does a shop drop-off cost?
There is no dispatch fee for shop drop-off. Repair labor is $80 per hour; the repair itself is not free.
Can you come to my home or business?
Choose an on-site visit and enter your address to check the dispatch fee. Labor is separate.
Can I pay the dispatch fee in cash?
Yes. Choose cash when booking an on-site visit. No upfront dispatch payment is required; you must pay the dispatch fee in cash once work is complete. Nick still needs to confirm your appointment.
Can I choose the parts in my PC?
Yes. Use the PC builder to explore compatible options, or get in touch to discuss what you need.
What happens after I request an appointment?
Nick reviews your request and confirms availability. For on-site visits, card customers pay dispatch by secure link after approval; cash customers pay dispatch once work is complete.
